Tokuma Nishioka (born 5 October 1946 in Yokohama) is a Japanese actor and voice performer active since 1970, known for yakuza-film roles and the 1991 drama Tokyo Love Story. He voiced Ultraman's father across multiple entries in the Ultraman tokusatsu franchise and appeared in FX's Shogun (2024). He plays a recurring supporting detective opposite Takeshi Naito's Inspector Totsugawa in Nishimura Kyotaro's 十津川警部シリーズ7 (2018) and 十津川警部シリーズ8 (2019). (Wikipedia)
