Stallone leads as Barney Ross alongside Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Steve Austin and Mickey Rourke, with Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger appearing in a single scene together. Barney Ross wears the Panerai Luminor 1950 Regatta Rattrapante, reference PAM332, a split-seconds chronograph in a 44mm steel case with a hard black coating that Panerai built as a 500-piece run in 2009. The pick follows Stallone's own long enthusiasm for the brand rather than anything the script asks for, and Panerai carried on into the sequel, where the whole crew wore the bronze Submersible.
